FOR CURRENT RPI STUDENTS:

Project Meetings – Tuesday, 6:00-7:00 pm (RPI Union Room 3202)

Meets EVERY week to continue working on the requirements necessary to complete the current EWB program. Members get to choose what group they want to work in for the hour (e.g., paperwork, design, concept research) after being given an overview of what the top priorities are for the international and local programs. The project leads run these meetings.

General Body Meetings – Times Vary

These are special events focused on bonding as a club and/or learning. These can be social, academic, professional, or cultural events. These are usually at a different time from our regular project meeting and are open to the RPI community at large. The Director of Club Experience runs these meetings.

Fundraising Committee – Every other Tuesday, 7:00-8:00 (RPI Union Room 3202)

These are meetings to help our club plan for fundraisers, grant opportunities, and other opportunities to raise money. Which are all incredibly important to help us travel. The fundraising committee is open to any member willing to join and is run by the director of fundraising.

Club Experience Committee – Every other Tuesday, 7:00-8:00(RPI Union Room 3202) 

The club experience committee plans all general body meetings. These events are important to facilitate connections within our club and to the boarder RPI community. The club experience committee is open to any member willing to join and is run by the director of club experience.
